Sub: School Education Terminal Benefits Request for issuance of specific instructions to all the subordinate offices in the District; regarding submission of proposals for Pension and other terminal benefits pertaining to the Teaching staff deceased due to Covid

and various other reasons; to the O/o Accountant General, O/o Local Fund Audit 0/0 A.P.G.L.I and treasuries etc. within 15 days after death - Certain Instructions Issued - Regarding.

Read: Lr. No. 202/2021, dated 19-05-2021 of Sri Katti Narasimha Reddy, Hon ble MLC of Kadapa, Ananthapuramu and Kurnool Teachers Constituency.

Whereas in the reference cited, Sri Katti Narasimha Reddy, Hon'ble MLC of Kadapa, Ananthapuramu and Kurnool Teachers Constituency has informed that the Number of Teaching staff working under School Education Department in the District are being dead due to Covid-19, and delay is being occurred for unwanted and unknown reasons in submission of proposals for Pension and other terminal benefits to the Offices of the Accountant General, Local Fund Audit, A.P.G.L.I, Treasuries for sanction which lead to uncertainty among the families of the deceased ones. Hence, he has requested for specific instructions to all the subordinate offices, concerned in the District.

Therefore, all the District Educatinal Officers, Additional Project Coordinators, Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal look into the matter personally ensure that: Offifcers and Imasters in Zone-1 are requested

1. Immediate instructions are issued to all the Deputy Educaitonal Officers / Mandal

Educational Officers to submit the pension proposals of all retired / expired officers within a fortnight without fail.

2. The Pension proposals shall be in full shape and properly attested as per Accountant General Office terms and conditions.

3. The bills relating to other benefits in the APGLI, Group Insurance etc. shall also be

submitted to treasuries immediately. 4. The Pension proposals for which District Educational Officer is the competent, shall also be scrutinized and submitted to AG's Office / Treasuries on the case may be, shall also

be cleared immediately without any delay.

5. The compliance report shall also be submitted within 10 days without fail. Any lapse / delay / negligence will be viewed seriously.
